Additional Zack & Wiki Quest for Barbaros’ Treasure Information

As a little pirate with big dreams, Zach doesn't just have his sights set on mere treasure or spectacularly speedy pirate ships - he wants to be the greatest pirate who ever lived! To reach that lofty goal, he is going to have to outwit, outsmart and outduel every obstacle that gets in his way. It's a good thing he's found his new enchanted pal, Wiki, a magical hand bell with the power to transform any object into something practical. Get ready to explore seven vibrant and fantastic lands, from lush jungles and frigid ice temples to colossal castles and floating airships. Each level contains multiple sub-levels of peril, puzzles and plunder. Play alone or as a group to work through each increasingly complex puzzle. Use the Wii Remote to navigate, open objects, transform items and unlock new pathways with a whole new variety of methods. Even boss battles are puzzle-based, so you'll need to think on your feet! ESRB Rated E for Everyone

What Customers Say About Zack & Wiki Quest for Barbaros’ Treasure:

We've had a blast laughing with this game because of how funny the situations turn out to be throughout the levels.I haven't finished it yet, but its a great game to keep in reserve and pop into whenever you have a chance. This game was a chance rental for me and I immediately bought it after the first day of playing. It is phenomenal, so much fun, gets you used to how the wii remote can work, and oh my gosh its adorable.

A good game can absorb you, this is not that game. But, sometimes you know something is missing (emotion, challenge, thrill). This game has a lot of things to be considered a really good game, but not everyone likes it. I think this game with the best use of wiimote till today.

This targets somewhat of a niche market, but luckily, I'm in that niche. Point-and-click puzzle games may not be your thing. "Zack & Wiki" makes wonderful use of the Wiimote and entertains with its colorful and imaginative worlds and levels.all in a "cartoony" visual style. The puzzles DO get difficult, but there is an in-game hint system that can be employed to remove any fear of being hopelessly stuck at some point.

Even when I was stumped I was saying this was a great game. If you're used to the old "point-and-click PC adventure" games, this will be a shorter venture. I LOVE THIS GAME.

Each stage isn't large; however this helps to greatly reduce backtracking between locations and items. This game is great.(In this game there is no sex, no guns, no gore, no real "violence" to speak of). "Puzzly-adventure" games have always been fun, but until recently were relegated to PCs.

If you know what you're doing in this game, this will be an easier venture.

It's been a while since such a good family-wide game presented itself and caused us to spend lots of quality time together. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the characters in the game, and are crossing our fingers for a future version of the game. When we finally passed the game we were all relieved, but a couple days later found ourselves yearning for more. I purchased this game because I thought it looked interesting and different. Zack and Wiki rules. We found ourselves playing together for a few hours per night until the entire game was solved, which was no easy task by the way. It turned out to be an OUTSTANDING hit with my entire family. The parents did most of the controlling, and the kids shouted and cheered us on, and learned the intricacies of each level since they were played at least 5 times each before being passed.

but then. and he kind of "took over" playing for me, if you know what I mean.

I had to look up the answer and hint at my b/f what he should do next because he's one of those people that doesn't like to "cheat" but he's perfectly fine with me cheating for him. ;-) But it was actually fun to watch him play too. Also if you have another wii remote you can use it to point at things if you are bouncing ideas off of each other with the person you actually playing with, it was annoying to not be able to do anything with the second remote but then it became really useful to point on the harder levels. The last few puzzle levels are quiet the doozy.

So I bought this game for myself when it was suggested to me by amazon, go figure amazon knows me really really after reading really wonderful reviews I just knew I had to get it.I started playing this game my b/f was watching me. My b/f figured out a lot of the puzzles for me.

;-) We played it causally and it took us about 1.5 months to beat it, but then it took us another 2 months to go back through the levels and get the other treasure. All in all it was a really fun game to play and I highly recommend it, thought it was a little too tough for me, it was fun to watch my b/f play and figure out the puzzle with me helping him on the side lines. The first couple of levels are pretty easy and really fun.

it got super hard.
